I have been here quite a few times.  Today was my last.  Took my car in at 8am this morning to be detailed.  Got there at 515 for my matts to be outside my car, spots still on my seats, my fog light broken, and bumper dented (which they are denying they did) for me to open the back of my jeep to check it to see how clean it was and lifted my seat to have dirt and trash everywhere. I have to say Steve the owner was very embarrassed and apologized, the father attempted to give me coupons to return instead of refunding my money.  I will not be returning. Clean car wash, the car wash does good on the outside, staff rude and does the bare minimal for the money you pay.

Went here today, it was busy which is great for them. As I waited in line the process inefficiencies became very clear and I realized they weren't busy, just slow. People reworking things other already did, no communication, the guys have to carry the mats all the way into the car wash area wasting tons of time walking back and forth. Just clear lack of organization.

My problem was, I paid for interior amor all, and got the truck filthy at the end. The disorganization clearly led to problems.  They fixed the problem, but I wouldn't recommend this car wash to anyone. Wasted a bunch of my time! 

The willingness to quickly fix the problem is why I gave 2 instead of 1, hopefully they can get it right the first time in the future.

Came here for the first time today, Very clean and friendly environment. Grab a snack and a soda while you wait. Grab a map book if are traveling, buy a critter to accompany you in your freshly washed car. Pick up a fresh clean car spray.  They have Almost anything you want for your car. :)

Was hesitant to go here after I saw so many negative reviews, but it was literally completely fine. Don't be deterred by the 3-star rating.

Overall the carwash is good.  The outside of the car is always clean.  My issue with this place that you don't get all the services you pay for, as advertised on their signs when you drive in.  

If I pay for "The Works", don't ask me if a want the floors mats cleaned, just clean them, that's what I paid for.  Also why are floor mats cleaned with the pressure washer, why you have a floor mat cleaning machine just sitting in your detail shop doing nothing.  

The last few times I have been there they have missed cleaning the floor mats, vacuuming the interior, wiping down the dashboard, and failed to turn on the underbody flush sprayer to clean under the car.  The seats are always moved way back, the radio gets turned on and changed even though I turned it off, the heater is always messed with even though it is also turned off, but the interior wasn't cleaned.  Makes no sense how all the interior items are moved or changed when they didn't even bother to clean it.  

For the $20 to $30 they charge for a wash, I expect to get what I paid for without having to ask for it, and not have everything played with in the car.
