Can I give zero stars.   I was given a car detail as a gift to this location - Youngstedts Excelsior Bay Car Wash & Detail.   My friend told me it was great and they even put items she left in the car in individual baggies.  I cleaned my car out completely, but missed the change in the middle glove box (by the hinges).   I noticed it on my way to drop it off - but handed over the keys before I remembered to remove it.   I didn't worry as my friend had told me all her items had been placed in baggies and left in car - so I was confident that would be the case here also.    Well it was not.  When I picked up the car (I'll get to the less then stellar detail in a moment) the money was gone.  I immediately inquired and was told nothing was found in the car but the worker had left for the day and I could check the next day.   I called - he denied - then said well maybe it blew out when I took the blower to the inside.  After much discussion he said 'fine, I'll leave you $5 at the desk'.   I stated the money isn't the issue - it's the trust and reputation.   

Additionally when I got in the car I immediately noticed a straw wrapper in between the seats. I know minor and could have been overlooked had it not been for the absolute lack of responsibility when I contacted them. 
The windows were streaked and frankly I cleaned them up when I got home.   The trunk still had leaves and misc debris.   

I do not recommend them nor would I ever take my car (or any vehicle) there again.

Took my car there to be detailed - inside & out.  My car was filthy and trashed from the kids. Picked it up today and it looks like it’s brand new! They did an amazing job. Worth the time and money

HORRIBLE!!! I made an appointment a week and a half beforehand, and organized my whole weekend around it and they called me 30 minutes before and said they couldn’t do it because they were too busy and I’d have to call back on Monday to reschedule. When I did call, they were SUPER rude on the phone. Save yourself the headache, go ANYWHERE else!

I took my car for detail cleaning but I was disappointed at the quality of their work, there were places in the interior of my car that were untouched and also the back seat had a big stain that am guessing happened because of over wetting. I complained to the lady working there and they asked me to take it back another day, that's okay but it's very inconveniencing given the fact that they had needed a whole day to work on it and now I had to take it back another day is just a waste of my time. It's also a pain cause I had to part with at least $235 dollars but the job done was not standard, if am going to pay this much I expect quality work done. My car was better off before I took it to them.

Was not worth the $40 I paid to have my car washed and vaccumed and wiped down.
