The best thing about Gettel Hyundai is their service department - especially their customer care folks... Amber is absolutely great.. I just moved to St. Pete and still drive down just to have Amber look after me and my car... she always does.  She is why I keep coming back. 

Michael is also awesome... he took great care with my car and has such a great attitude - friendly, accommodating, and helpful!

Excellent customer service! I worked with Walter who was such a pleasure to work with. I test drove 8 different cars and Walter was very patient, he answered all of my questions, was very informative, and knowledgeable. I walked in with my cousin not excepting to drive off the lot with a car only to test drive and buy later but Walter worked with his manager and got me down to the figure I wanted with an extended warranty included in that figure. Needless to say I left very happy and with a new car. I would highly recommend anyone to Gettel Hyundai of Sarasota and tell them to ask for Walter. Walter you did such an excellent job, thank you for going above and beyond for me and thank you for being so patient with me and providing me with excellent customer service.

The people know what they're doing but it can be frustrating trying to reach a person to talk to.  I have never gotten through to my service advisor directly and have left frequent messages but it was me that made the final call to get through to the right person.  The good news is that the work was done perfectly and they found two issues that weren't easy to diagnose and fixed it promptly.  When it became necessary to keep the car overnight because a part had to be ordered they quickly and effortlessly made arrangements to get me a loaner so that I was not inconvenienced any more than absolutely necessary.  My only complaint is communication, which has never been any different at any other dealership.   Always a problem - just the nature of the beast, I guess.

This is the 2nd car I have purchased here.  The experience couldn't have been better!  Bobby and Jamie were so kind and helpful.  Bobby worked so hard to get me into a car that I could afford, no easy task.  He was such a nice man, I can't say enough.  Everyone at this dealership has been so kind and helpful.  The service is great, as a woman, who doesn't know much about car repair, I felt secure leaving the repairs to Gettel.  Thank you all, so much.

I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Bob Wood was assigned to me. He went over all my concerns and had as I requested a tech test drive my 2015 Sonata with me for rough changing of gears. The tech told me that was a normal noise.  Then my trunk was not always opening with my fob but always with the release in my car.  The tech adjusted the spring and took that off the list.  There seems to be nothing they can do for the static on the radio.  As I finished up and checked out Mr. Wood told me a hint on my trunk to hold the button down for three seconds and that might open the trunk not just release the lock.  All in all I felt they gave me all their attention and was very pleased.  

Mr. Wood also made a notation that at the time of sale my frame for my plate was taken off and not returned to me.  He is still looking to provide one .  Thank you for your attention to detail.
