Really hate that I have to give 1 star to leave a review. Just another crappy repair shop! Took 3 days to install a new/bad starter on my Freightliner. Then had to sit another 24 hours for them to replace that starter to finally get my truck running! But after finding out that the first new starter was bad, they pull-started my truck to get it running so I could go to the truck stop til the next day...and in the process damaged my front bumper/license plate. When it happened I was assured by the mechanic BJ that it was no big deal...that it would be repaired! So the next day after finally getting my trucks starter repaired I was informed by the manager Ray that they were not going to repair the damage to my front bumper because it wasn't their policy to pull-start trucks. So in short it was my fault! Wow...terrible business practices! Sure won't get much return business operating like that! And $929 to replace a starter, $520 of it was labor alone...looks like I need to start up a Freightliner dealership...just crazy!

Got us in and did the jobs i needed. Plus, didn't try any up selling and saved us over $200 from our quote because my (new to me rig) still had new oil and filters from a recent oilpan gasket replacement where i bought the motorhome. Yup, id go there again and recommend them to my friends.

We dropped our truck off thursday afternoon. Was told they would start diagnosing the problems on friday.A week later (wednesday morning) they started looking at it. Got the estimate wednesday afternoon, and it FLOORED us! We went down first thing thursday to pick up the truck, and here is what happened....... I told them it needed an overhead adjustment, they charged $187 in diagnostics fees, just to confirm that. Told them there was a draw on the battery, they charged $125 in diag. fees and never figured out why they were going dead. Told them it wasn't shifting into neutral before starting, they charged $125 in diag fees, and told me that they couldn't diagnose it because the batteries were low. Told them the brakes were acting funny, they charged $125 in diagnostic fees, and told me the brakes were "falling apart under the truck". Wanted $1412 (labor alone) to replace brakes and adjusters. As if that wasn't enough, they charged over $100 in taxes , which I thought it was illegal to charge taxes on "services" in FL. Total price? A couple dollars short of $700, and they didn't fix a single thing, and couldn't answer why the batteries were draining, or why it had trouble registering neutral. Total price to replace the brakes, adjusters, do an overhead, and replace fuel filters, $3693!!! And that did NOT include the cost for finding the battery draw, or the neutral problem!! Since this negative review is based on you charging too much money, refund my truck owner half of his money (a more realistic and fair amount) , and I will change the review to reflect that. (But we both know you won't)
