Dealer fee is totally nuts! I was looking for a car on the lot and did not find any pricing. I left after the sales person checked me how much he could get from me. Did not feel comfortable and left. I think you have to work on your skills not to take the business only - but to EARN it.
Dealer was recommended by a friend but did not meet my expectation.

When I first got my car there everything was good. I have a push start car so you know how important the key/remote is. I was told by the salesman that if i ever needed a new battery for the remote that I could come and get a new battery and it would be at no charge to me . I went their yesterday 3/6/2018 and was told by the parts department that it was only a promotion and they are no longer doing it. After looking at me like they didn’t kno what i was talking about they said they could change the battery but it would cost $9 and some change per battery. When I refinance i will not be returning there.

If you think you're getting something good from Rt 60, you're wrong.  The initial price might be lower, but they will find a way to get it back.  Every single detail since the sale has been 100% horrible.  I deeply regret purchasing my car from here.  Service dept is rude and unprofessional.  Plus I'm still waiting to see all the ways the sales people screwed me over.  Today I found out they sold me some 3rd party tire warranty instead of the Hyundai one I thought I was getting.  You do not want to be associated with this dealer.  Drive as far as needed to get your hyundai elsewhere.

What a great experience. I went to Hyundai on SR60  just to have a look around when I was approached by a salesman (his name was Ryan if I remember correctly). He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles I had interest in and very helpful with creating a plan that was just right for me. Unfortunately I did not make the purchase because I am still happy with he vehicle I have now but he almost talked me into it. What a pleasure to meet a car salesman that is down to earth and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!!

I have been a satisfied customer for many years. Not only with the car buying experience, but also with the service and maintenance. The reps at Route 60 Hyundai always help with everything I need and they have very quick service as well. They do a great job!
