I have only been to this dealership once so I don't know if my experience will be consistent. However, my first impression was extremely positive. The staff was courteous and eager to help. During my first 5 minutes, every employee that saw me sitting in the waiting area stopped by to ask if I was being helped. I was being helped but I appreciated the courtesy. While observing the technicians in the service area, they appeared to be moving with confidence and a sense of urgency. Not so much that they appeared reckless but they looked like they were working hard to keep customers waiting as little as possible. The gentleman helping me with my service was Franklyn Wallace. Everyone was courteous and professional. I'll definitely be going back to Palm Bay Ford for my maintenance.

Made an appointment due to a recall letter I received. The appointment was scheduled two weeks after I called. Took my car in bright and early and got a loaner. Didn't hear back from them all day, so I called back to see if they were done. They said they didn't have all the parts so I had to leave it overnight. I called them back the next day, and they said they still didn't have all the parts for the recall. I took the loaner back to get my car. Made another appointment, again, two weeks later. Took my car in, bright and early. The service dept manager had me wait while he looked something up. About 15-20 minutes later, he came back and told me they still didn't have all the parts. He said they'd call me when they got it in. It's been three weeks since that conversation. Still haven't heard from them.

I wanted to give 5 stars because the first sales guy I worked with (Manny) was great. He was very attentive to what I needed and worked to get me the best deal possible and didn't pressure me when I said I wanted to talk to my wife first. Unfortunately I wasn't able to work with him and the new sales guy and manager I worked with tried to take money off their initial offer for my trade in. And they tried to sell me a car for 69k when on their website it was 63k! Then they proceeded to say that they have to start at that price. Very disappointed in their number games like I am stupid and can't do the math. Also the truck I wanted to buy wasn't even on the lot due to the owner driving it around. So basically they were trying to sell a new truck with a good amount of miles on it, and tried to sell it way above their internet price. Shady and not the best deal around!

My experience at Palm Bay Ford was a great one. I was in dire need of a vehicle when I visited. Clayton my salesperson, and the staff walked me thru every single step of the process and made sure I was taken care of. Wonderful group of people that work there, and I would certainly recommend my friends to come here if they need a vehicle. Once again, Thank you!

I bought a truck back in 2016 with David Tucker and things went well and was a good deal. Fast Forward to the end of 2017 and things seems to have changed at Palm Bay Ford. Mr. Tucker was very bad at returning emails and phone calls in regards to a new F250 truck purchase. Almost 6 weeks went by with little engagement from the dealership to find me the vehicle I wanted. Mr. Tucker claimed that dealer swaps were very easy and that once we found the truck I wanted it would be simple matter. I even found 4 dealerships for Mr. Tucker that had close to the truck I wanted and each time I was told the vehicles were sold or "damaged in transport". He seemed like he did not need my business or value me as a previous customer as emails stopped again for 2+ weeks. Being tired of being treated so poorly I called Kelly Ford (one of the dealerships he told me that the vehicle was already sold to someone else) and surprise surprise.....that truck was NOT sold or promised to anyone else! So I was basically lied to by the dealership and salesperson. I closed the sale with Kelly Ford on the truck the next day and was a great experience and good deal. Also their service department at Palm Bay Ford is absolutely terrible. Although Steve is a nice guy, they never fix your vehicle right the first time. Every time I had warranty work on my previous F150 it was a 2 week min wait for even an appointment and then each time the problem is not fixed and you have to wait 2 weeks again for a new appointment and inconvenience of finding rides to get around town. One issue took FOUR trip to service and even then Steve never followed up with me as he promised to check on the situation. I will NEVER deal with Palm Bay Ford again.
