I was recently given 2 gift certificates for Kitchen Gia totalling $15.00. I got a salad and a drink totalling approximately $13.50. I handed the gift certificates to the person at the register and asked if I would get a certificate for the difference that I could use at a later date. The person at the register told me the certificates were only good for a one time use. This made no sense to me. I said that I might as well get something for the difference...bagel or muffin, etc. I was told that there was nothing that could be covered for the amount I should have as credit and I should just take a second roll. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I was disappointed with my salad yesterday.  Whoever made it, barely put any ingredients in it.  I'm pretty sure he put 2 tomatoes, a piece of feta, a splash of shredded carrots, 1 piece of hearts of palm, a few black beans and a few croutons.  Pretty pathetic to how I used to get them!  and they downsized the container with lettuce.  For the price, it's not worth it.  I hardly ever write reviews but after what I got yesterday for the price I paid, I wasn't pleased.  I used to get these salads every single day when I worked down in the city and they always loaded them up.  :/

Probably too pricey for most people to eat here regularly, but the food is fresh and options plentiful. I came in between 1-2 and it was moderately busy.  Good place to go for friends on varied food restrictions or diets. It is one that I will remember when I'm in the area.

It's okay. Been here a few times and the experience was meh. Salads are decent but not amazing. Their forks are so flimsy the tongs bend when you try to pick up a piece of chicken. One day I went in at around 1pm to try the pizza. There was a long line so I couldn't see that there wasn't any until I got up there. Then I asked about it and the girl with a mullet matter of factly told me they only make a certain amount and when they run out they don't make any more. Okay, I get that. However, it seems like they could make some more to actually last during the entire lunch hour. Also, they could have put up a sign so I didn't waste part of my lunch hour.
