Had to shoo off 3 roaches that crawled onto the table while eating. Asked for a new table and the waiter quietly dropped the check right after and mentioned a 10% discount. No apology or means to make the situation better. I'm no prude, a bug can get into a restaurant without it being a fuss. But three?? At the same table? Please consider proper maintenance. Nobody feels comfortable eating in that kind of situation.

Was there for some bubble tea and the staff are not really helpful and knowledgeable. Not customer friendly, I mean see the fact that there’s a language barrier but still it’s doesn’t change way you talk to customer. Waste of $20 because all the tea was water down and fact that after they ringed up my order I realized that I was missing some topping and when I asked for it, they told me it will cost $.75 more , so I hand her my card and she was like I have to spend $10 more cause it’s the minimum card limit.

Cockroaches spotted in our table and one of my friends was very upset that she vomited and her food remained undone. However they only gave us a 15% discount and never apologized. Would never came here again.

I go to Ochatto quite frequently and have been ever since I started living working in University City! I've also come here for birthday dinners with my parents and cousin who is a Penn student and we have all found our favorite items on the menu.  More often than not, I get sushi--my favorites are the mango shrimp roll, sweet potato roll, and tuna roll.  They have great daily specials--their lunch special runs from 11am-3pm and includes 2 sushi rolls and a miso soup or salad and they also have a 3 roll special for $14.  The miso soup is yummy and my favorite appetizers are the edamame and the age tofu.  I've never tried the bubble tea (and have no intention to do so as I'm not a fan of how the boba gets stuck to my teeth), but the smoothies and fruit flavored green tea are pretty decent.  A nice plus--if you pay cash for take-out orders, you receive a 10% discount if your bill is $15 or higher!  Glad to have Ochatto in the neighborhood for lunch breaks and to satisfy my sushi craving!

The savory joy of the Ox Tail Hand Drawn Noodle soup was the star of the night, followed closely by the crispy joy of the Age Tofu. I would not recommend the Duck Roll, not bad but nothing special.
