Excellent atmosphere and excellent service. Had a great server and loved the entire vibe. However, the menu was very lacking. The play on ingredients were cheap and a try hard. Sometimes you have to stick with classics. For instance, using ground beef for the ramen was bland and grainy. Nobody at our table enjoyed their food. A change of menu could really make this place perfect.

The food and service at POD was very good.  Our server was knowledgable, quick, and very friendly.   The experience was different than anything I had ever experienced.  4 stars instead of 5 because of the loud atmosphere and music.  Not a place if you are looking for a quiet dining experience.

Super modern design, feels like you're in a spaceship. Prices are high but the atmosphere is super neat.

Although I have no complaints about the POD unit itself, it did make moving easier... I do have a major complaint about their customer service. My POD delivery was delayed due to snow... this I understand completely but I had to have my POD packed and moved that coming Wednesday which is why I scheduled it Saturday prior to give me the time to load it at my leisure. But since they don't work on Sundays and Monday was a holiday I was left with one day to load it. I asked if they could then make sure that it is delivered in the morning since I had work, and I needed to make sure they had room... all they could do was "request" a time. THIS is my main issue with them... They are not willing to work with you at all. The moving out went fine even though I had to have all my stuff loaded in one night... but then settlement came up and I needed to make sure the POD wouldn't be delivered to the house until AFTER my settlement... again they could NOT promise a time, not even around about time. All they could do is "request" which of course means nothing! The main reason people would need POD is to move from one house to another and this most time requires a lot of planning and scheduling... POD caused me TONS of stress in this area. Yes all worked out but not with lack of added stress that I did already have from purchasing a house in the first place. I do not recommend them since they don't seem to want to work with you at all... everything seems to be at THEIR convenience and not yours.

Beautiful ambiance, very clean and comfortable place. I loved the food and would visit again in a heart beat.
