I personally hate Giant's self check out kiosks... other grocery stores have better kiosk systems in my opinion. The produce also seems like a hit or miss, especially the onions. Decent sales every now and then though.

This Giant isn't laid out well. It's a grocery store that has food, the employees are decent humans, and the place is relatively clean so it gets three stars. Last thing- the produce is bordering on atrocious at times.

My visit at Giant, today and most of the time is always a pleasant one. I go there 2 or 3 times a wk. No problems for me.

I was there 9/19/2017 . I got there  at 8:19 AMI!!! I got everything I needed and came to registered and waited for 30 minutes to Check out and one of the cashier was so terrible  when I asked for help (black lady) her response was I'm so busy to help you and I left the store after waiting in line for 30 minutes. THEY  ONLY HAVE ONE REGISTERED OPENED IN THE WHOLE STORE AND THEY DONT HAVE ANY SELF CHECKOUT JNTIL 7:30 AM!!! DONT COME TO THIS GIANT IN ROCKVILLE THEY HAVE A SUCH HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE VERY UNFRIENDLY PERSONAL AND BAD COSTUMER SEEVICE

Decent location (you can access it easily from either side of the road). The expected selection for a grocery store. Checkout can get backed up sometimes.
