“Will this benefit children in a positive way? Until we can say “yes,” we keep searching for a solution."
This is the so-called  "intentional approach" at Gilden Woods Preschool. My daughter, who had only been there a month, was dismissed from the preschool program because she required extra attention. We had a meeting with the directors and we agreed to pay extra to have someone help my child, who is suspected to have ADHD. Obviously not to take the place of the medical help that she needs, but for someone to help redirect her while in care. No less than two days after that meeting was I sent a letter saying that my child's last day would be the Friday of that very week. We weren't even given the opportunity to make a behavioral plan to find what works for her, and we were consistently called 2-3 times a week to pick up my child because she was 'an endangerment to the other children". A four year old, honestly? I had to pay a one week deposit at registration, and were told that they would need a "two week written intent to withdraw", but my daughter was dismissed within two days. If your child isn't perfect or white, don't bother bringing them here. It seems to me that the people in charge here are not equipped or educated enough to deal with non-cookie cutter children.  Kids deserve acceptance, to be around people who truly care about them because aside from parents, teachers and caregivers make the biggest impact on a child's life.
Also, they claim to give military discounts. Don't bother because it doesn't put a dent in anything. They also are not concerned with getting qualified through NAACRA. You're better off somewhere cheaper and that appreciates what the Armed Forces do to protect this country.
