They came fast and everyone was very nice. We didn't have heat so while they worked on putting a new furance in they brought heaters for us! I would recommend them we have animals and they we're also very nice and made sure they closed the doors . They did bring the wrong furance but thats ok mistakes happen! so if this happens to you be patient with them THEY GOT YOU! they ended up hooking the wront furance up until the next day and hooked the one i bought up the important thing was they MADE SURE we had heat. Install looks amazing, They also sent us a gift. No money inside tho, just kidding Gillece Services I appreciate the gift bag and cookies are awesome also. Thank You everyone at Gillece Services

Steve Thompson did an excellent job, diagnosing, scoping out and setting up follow up service to fix issue and rechecking with scope to make sure all repairs were made Permanently and completely fixed. Nicky and the operations team were excellent in communicating with  me of work crew and Steve’s status coming to our home. Tim, Eric, and Tracy were excellent trying to keep us working with 3 families here in the house over Christmas with a temporary repair until they were able to do a permanent fix. Chad did an outstanding job filling in pit, reading work to start concrete, removing excess dirt, and finishing concrete. Best  job ever by the entire team and would have them back anytime. We called last week the coldest day of the year Ron came the next afternoon and he was friendly and very professional. Today Scott Christian came out and did a plumbing check he was very professional as well let us know what needed to be fixed and showed us every picture of the job that needs to be done. I recommend this company and especially these two employees.

It was a good experience.  Justin, the technician was very thorough in his work and very nice guy. He knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions and made it very easy for me to understand.   I would recommend to use his services again.

What a fantastic experience! The quality of work, professionalism, and kindness was outstanding. I would highly recommend Gillece to anyone and will absolutely hire them again. My flooded basement couldn’t have come at a worse time and the level of empathy shown by Ed was incredible. I’d give them 10/5 stars if I could.

Eric H was phenomenal!!  He came out twice, free of charge, to try and help us with the mess we had on our hands.  3rd time…got our drain unclogged and walked us step by step with the camera to show us everything we had to deal with, how to fix and put us in touch with all the right people to get the job started the next day!  Although, it was not the outcome we had wanted, it was great to have an honest person to show us what we had to deal with and help us get it taken care of ASAP!!  Thank you for all your help, Eric H!!  Edit:  2 weeks after my original post the job was completed.  Nate, Chad & Harvey put in long hours the last week / week in a half of Dec. to get everything done.  This was a BIG job that did not come without roadblocks out of their control. I can’t thank this entire team enough for all of their hard work!!  Everything completed…100% satisfied customer!!

We decided to get a new furnace on 11-28-23 and they scheduled us to have it done the next day. George Rugh and another employee  arrived next morning and seemed quite organized and set up their equipment/tools,etc… in the basement on tables. George was very pleasant and knowledgeable . He answered all my questions and helped me to understand even if he had to explain a couple of times. They worked to install furnace the entire day. They cleaned up everything in basement when done and hauled away the old furnace and boxes,etc…. Wouldn’t have known anyone was even there. Did a great job and would highly recommend him to others. Great job done!!

Had an emergency at our house the day after Christmas. Gillette responded promptly and was here quickly.  Ed was amazing and cleared the pipes.  Such a wonderful man!  Polite,  professional,  and friendly!  Highly recommended this company!!!

Highly recommend this company. Ed Stamerra came out, and not only did he get my drain unclogged, he also found the issue that was causing it. He explained in detail the issue and how we needed to resolve it. Thank you so much, Shannon.

Steven Thompson was absolutely excellent! I would recommend him personally to anyone who is looking for a plumber. He was kind and informative and explained everything to me step by step. He explained my options to me and gave me his professional opinion on what I should do. I won't take my business anywhere else!
