We have ordered the same sushi order nearly every week and each time the order has been wrong. The person on the phone argues that we can't order an extra soup and salad with our lunch, which we know is extra. We tell them that we want 4 specific sushi rolls, two soups, and two salads. Each time something is missing and once when I walked back in to retrieve the missing salad, the man at the register argued with me that I never ordered it. Mind you, this is the same man that has taken my same order for weeks. This last time, the woman on the phone read the entire order correctly back to us, and the order arrived missing two salads and a soup. This restaurant does not care about customer service or pleasing their customers. They are so rude as to say that WE messed up our order, not the person taking it over the phone. Yes, the sushi is good, but the customer service receives a rating if -5 stars. 

Something needs to change before we order from here again

Wow the place I loved the most I will never return the food was horrible never thought I'd say that been coming for years and never had a bad experience until now I will never return for lunch nor dinner! I ordered a filet and I don't know what I got but it was horrible! Tried to complain but manager never came back to address the situation! Very dissatisfied with the whole experience! Goodbye Ginza!

Good food. But the lunch special isn't really special 
. Charged us extra for fried rice when menu says fried rice is included
