Charlestown IHOP had a great experience very clean great service manager does great job with awesome staff keep up the great job guys.

Family of five seated for dinner and order is down. So a couple comes in with a pitbull claiming to be a service dog with no papers, no leash, no harness. The pitbull jumping on people, running up on the tables, and runs up under our table. The owner unable to control the dog finally corrals the dog and sits him two tables from us. We advise the manager my wife is allergic to dogs, along with her mother who is having dinner with us and the manager does nothing. We explained that we can’t stay if they cannot get the dog. Let me just say we ended up leaving because the dog got to stay. Two other tables leave. By the way service dogs wear vest harnesses or have some type of markings that indicate that they are a service dog. Owners are supposed to carry cards that indicate this is a service dog. The manager being advised of that still watches us leave and does absolutely nothing.. by the way service dogs where best harnesses will have some type of markings that indicate they are a service dog. We visited this location yesterday morning and was attended by a very arrogant server . He was very rude interrupting our ordering and overall very dismissive while taking care of our table. When he brought the drinks he literally slammed all of them on the table and threw the straws up in the air as faster way to distribute them I'm guessing. Honestly neither me nor my family felt welcomed at that establishment. It was clear that he did not want to serve us and was trying to rush things up. What a shame, he definitely missed out on a tip due to his horrible table side manners although the food was decent I would NEVER step foot in this establishment again!

Cold food, messed up orders. Our waiter was great but the kitchen staff was rude when he tried to fix everything!
