Hands down some of the best pizza I have had in an extremely long time. The flavor combinations of the sweet sauce and the salty meats make your mouth water. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful and attentive. The wait time was a little longer than you might think of wanting for pizza but well worth it. Ordered our pizza at the hostess counter and when our table was ready the pizza was there shortly after. Loved it and wished there was one in my home town area.

First, Giordano's is not the restaurant to eat at if you are a customer that uses any type of wheelchairs. There is not a section or area used for the hour or so waiting period, so I had to listen to other customers complain about me being in the way and blocking the area during exiting. If I had wanted to go outside and wait (I definitely thought about it) that was a problem as well because there are no automatic push buttons on the door, so I would have needed assistance with the door to exit. Secondly, what the staff needs to realize (especially the management and owner) is that the first impression really counts because it helps determine if the customers would be willing to return. The young ladies at the entrance greeting the customers are very rude with their "I don't give a care attitude". As stated in previous comments, you wait in one line to give your name to be seated and then another line to place your order ahead of time because of the long wait times. Each line has young ladies with very serious attitudes, rudeness and a disrespectful demeanor that should have been noticed by the manager on duty. I was a paying customer and it is their job to have contact with me because they said yes to accept the position, so they were not doing me a favor. Thirdly, after waiting a hour to be seated and another twenty minutes at the table, the food was horrible. The pizza was dry and with out sauce plus the crust was so hard that you could hardly chew it. I had pizza left and I didn't want to take it to go because it was so bad. After I told the waiter that I did not want the pizza he boxed it anyway. Thin crust cheese, thin crust half sausage and half pepperoni and thin crust barbecue chicken with onions no bacon were all horrible. Over one hundred dollars for bad service and bad food, never again. Receiving rudeness and attitudes from the staff (and customers because there is not an area for me to sit in my oversized wheelchair) sucks to the max. I think that all customers deserve the right to receive proper service when dining in any restaurant. Giordano's failed this customer completely and I feel that no one in management cares about the situation because this issue is mentioned in many complaints (and it has not been corrected).

I always heard fairy tails about the pizza in Chicago, but this place confirmed the existence of everything I thought was once a lie. I ordered a small version of their equivalent to a meat-lovers pizza. This "small" pizza was enough for the three of us, and it brought me to tears of joy as I ate each slice. The meat was layered in cheese like an Egyptian cotton blanket. The cheese achieved the perfect harmony of flavor and playfulness. The crust could box 12 rounds with the finest pastry. All pieces of this delicious masterpiece came together like a well-oiled machine. I prescribe Giordano's to anyone who doesn't believe in things like "Chicago Pizza" or the finer things in life.

We were starving! My little family spent the entire morning traveling from Texas to Chicago. So needless to say, we were ready to eat! We originally planned on waiting a few days to eat Deep Dish, but we couldn’t resist the temptation. We arrived and were told the wait was 30 minutes. They were accurate and we were promptly right to our table. There is also the option to grab a drink at the (tiny) bar. Since we had a stroller, the manager proactively offered a booth in the back of the restaurant. The manager also had our drinks and appetizers moved simultaneously. Okay, the Pizza! It was really good. Like, so good that you’d second guess any other time you thought you could have possibly enjoyed pizza from Home. The Cesar salad was also a great choice! Overall, we had a great experience and are grateful for attentive service.

I am a pizza fanatic, I love all pizza. And Giordano's is definitely one of the greatest. They are known for their famous deep dish pizzas, but have a variety of different foods. Now my favorite thing about their pizzas is the dough they use, it's crunchy like a pizza should be, but not hard that it hurts when you eat it. One thing I'd also like to mention is that they are almost always super busy, so if you're in a rush ordering for pick up is the best way to go. And if ya wanna dine in, make a reservation ahead of time, if not, you could be waiting over an hour for a table and food.
