I've been here two times, on two different occasions, and on both they messed up my order.  Inexcusable.  The first time I asked for corn as a side, repeated myself twice as they asked me more than once.  Instead, I got fries.  
The 2nd time was this afternoon, where I asked for a 3 piece tender meal with a side of Mac N cheese TO GO.  While the order itself was correct, I got no napkins, no plastic-ware, no straw, etc.  Whats the point then if I cant enjoy my meal because I have nothing to eat the darn side with, or anything to clean my greasy hands with?  

There will not be a 3rd time.  I don't patronize lazy businesses.

Good food. Enjoy eating here when I feel like having Popeyes in the City.  They don't always have the same deals as other Popeyes have so make sure you get what you want.

Served me undercooked chicken tenders. They were in fact pink inside. The manager “ Jay “ tried to get his other employees to agree that my food wasn’t pink. Which they barely spoke English. He offered me a hot meal , but why would I want another meal if my food was under cooked I wanted a refund. I don’t like how I was treated by him. He tried to belittle my intelligence I don’t appreciate it at all. My food just the chicken was undercooked. 

I apologize on anyone’s behalf who has had to deal with that manager in particular. I’ve never received that kind of service at Popeyes. 

Beware he did tell me that managers move around to different locations daily. So you may encounter him elsewhere. 

The picture may not show it but my tenders were in fact pink. Luckily I happened to look as I was really hungry and I noticed the pinkness. I hope I don’t get sick from this on top having to deal with his horrible attitude and poor customer service. 

Take your money elsewhere if your hungry and are downtown.

Customer service wise friendly enough.

Main rant will be there's no bathroom to wash hands.
