They just need to answer a phone call and prepare food correctly. I ordered 5 whoppers without cheese, but got 4 with cheese and 1 with no cheese. I asked them to fix but I was ignored. The manager is absolutely horrible, he offered to give me a dollar off next time. In done here.

Open Mon - Saturday 6 am to 10 pm. Sundays 6 am to 9 pm.OKAY IT IS NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. SOME OF YOU ARE JUST LIARS!!! IT IS DIVERSED. They give you one free refill. A courtesy small cup of water. If you want a bigger cup of water then yes you will have to pay but the price is only a few cents.They cant give the customers too many freebies. Stores and restaurants have to buy supplies also. I assure you that the new employees are highly experienced and better than ever. They do have wifi. This BK is at this location because it is one of the most busiest attractions. There are people traveling from the trains every second especially on the weekday and weekend. There is a 30 minute seating limit because some people come in and try to sleep for an entire day and that is not allowed because other customers would like to sit down. On busy days it will take a little bit longer to receive your food. It's not because employees are slow. They work by numbers and if there are 3 orders ahead of you then you have to wait. Dont come in five minutes before your train departs. All customers are special and they prepare your food with great quality. The bigger your order the longer it's going to take. Some people have one bad experience or a bad day and they make one bad review

Obviously this group has family and friends rating it to boost their scores. This is the worst BK in the universe. The manager/cashier in the mornings is horrible. Very rude. And I saw a rat up in the ceiling. Reported it and she didn't even say thank you. And owner doesn't care either. Has never bothered to contact me about my issues even though I asked to be contacted. Will never set foot in this place again.

Wasn't too busy, but it was efficient. The customizable soda machine is nice.
