Was recently on a vacation from Chicago visiting family in St. Cloud. Giovanni's was recommended as a good place to eat. We have some pretty good Italian food up here in Chicago and Giovanni's definitely exceeded my expectations.
 
Myself and a couple friends went here for a late afternoon lunch before leaving town on a Saturday. We sat in a booth in the nice outside dining area to enjoy the beautiful weather while we ate. The food was excellent. I had the lasagna and a cocktail, while my two friends had the pasta verde and the chicken Alfredo. All three entrees were delicious. The side salads were fresh and crisp and the house Italian dressing had a great flavor. Also, we ordered garlic knots as an appetizer and they were very good, as well as the regular garlic bread that came to the table. All of the food was excellent. We will definitely dine hear again in the future. Highly recommend Giovanni's!

We celebrate Pizza Fridays every week. For the past 4-6 months we order Giovanni’s because at first they would deliver in a reasonable time frame and it would taste really good. The last 3 weeks have been horrible! Pizza coming in warm or cold. Today I called at 5:12PM to be exact. I was warned it would take an hour, fine. It’s been 2 1/2 hours and pizza it’s still a 
no -show. I called to cancel the order and they hung up on me! Really?!!! You just lost a faithful WEEKLY customer!

Call and hold or call and listen to busy tone. By the time you get through to them, you could have made your own pizza. Customer service isn’t the best and site isn’t kept up. I hope to see a turn around.

Best pie in Nona.  Always a great craft IPA on tap!

Update- was there last night.  This place went from hero to zero in 11 months.  Place was filthy.  Both bathrooms backed up.  Entire restaurant had a wicked stench.  We picked up our pizza and ran out the door.  Probably for the last time.
