If i could give this customer service NEGATIVE stars i would. I called to ask a question about their desserts since i am not familiar with the culture and RONALDO was very dry and quick to get off the phone. I was not even finished talking by the time he “hung up”. Now, the problem with him hanging up was not that he attempted and failed it was that he THOUGHT he hung up but i heard him speaking to this lady (i heard her talk back) and say “llamo para preguntar de los dulces, como que eso es al gusto de la persona, pendeja”. When i attempted to call back immediately after, the line was disconnected, of course. Do i even need to say more? Its not to say that everyone there gives poor customer service but thanks to this guy i will never buy anything from here ever again nor will i recommend anyone. And this is supposed to be a “manager”? Is this family owned? Because theres no way someone lacking that much professionalism made it be a manager at any place.

Cancelled my Uber Eats order with no explanation at all, sad, the food is good. Lost my business. ✌

The Arepas were huge and so tasty. Real authentic Venezuelan food. I'm definitely becoming a regular for this place ❤️
