I am extremely upset with the service I received at this location. I was not given the option to pay online. Being that this order was for an event, and I was busy handling a couple of last minute details, I asked my fiance to pick up the order. No where during the check out process, or on the term and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase, was it mentioned that the credit card holder must be present when picking up the order. I gave my fiance authorization to use my debit* card to pay for the order. Upon arrival, he was advised by the cashier that it is Pizza Hut's policy to have the credit card holder present. The card that was presented was not a credit card, it was a debit card. Out of respect to the company, I contacted the property and asked to speak with a manager. The manager, Jessica, then continued to give me a hard time and advised that she would need to speak with a district manager as if I had any more time to waste going back and forth. She advised that she could not get a hold of her manager and I would need to come into the store. I reminded her that if I could go pick it up, I would not be having this conversation. Jessica then requested to have me email her with a picture of the card I used at the time of purchase, as well as picture of my drivers license. I advised her than I could send the ID but I could not send a picture of the credit card as it was currently with my fiance who was standing at the register waiting for the order. I completely understand protecting the security of the card and requesting to have the card holder present for a credit* card, if previously advised prior to placing the order. I also understand that as a company, your priority should be to accommodate your guest and not give them a hard time when they are giving you business. I called the manager as a courtesy to advise her of the circumstances and provide her with any information she needed and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes to receive my order. Next time I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere that could accommodate me as a paying customer. And did I mention that she told me over 6* times that she is doing this as a "one time courtesy" as if I did not hear her the first 5 times she said it? As if things were not bad already, when the pizza arrived they barely had any toppings! I have pictures to back this pathetic pizza that took me over an hour to receive. If i wanted to wait that long, I would have had it delivered! Extremely displeased. Pizza hut, I expect more from you for your loyal guests as I frequently visit this location and have never had this issue with previous employees.

They have improved on their delivery services and customer service.

This place can't use the right amount of sauce to save their lives. Regular amount is nowhere near enough but extra sauce is too much. And this is consistently. Not just once in a while. Every pizza I've ever gotten from here is either too dry or too much sauce cuz I ordered extra

It took me 2 hours to get a pizza delivered to my house.worst service, I will never order from here again.cold pizza.

Worst pizza hut I have ever been to. Still better than some other pizza places but far below pizza hut standards.
