It was an amazing overall experience to work with Godley Station Dental. From setting up the appointment, Text notification and a warm greeting from the front desk agent. The place is clean, well maintained and very cozy. I love that there is a spot for kids to play, beverage for the guests and most of all the comfy chairs and couches. Stephanie my hygienist was awesome. Greeted me with a big smile, brought me to the room and chatted with me for a little bit to get to know me more. the doctors stopped by to welcome me as a new patient and when I checked out, the agent was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for an excellent service and for the warm welcome as a new patient or I should say, guest, as it feels like I am at the Ritz Carlton of Dental Industry.

Came in for evaluation and estimate (they contacted my dental insurance to confirm what cover and not and how much I would have to pay) on first visit.  After the quote (what insurance would pay and I would pay on my part), a month later after saving enough money, I come back and have the work done.  I paid off the entire balance before left their office.  A month later, another bill came in and they declared that I would need to pay more as there are some parts insurance not cover.  End up, they told me I still own them $700 more.  They are in the network of my insurance and they claimed that they don't know how much insurance would pay.  They basically tricked you into their office and work up your teeth and charge insurance and you.  It doesn't matter what they told you,  you will have to pay whatever they charge.  Don't go here.  My friend got similar problem with them about the bill too.  Stay away from this office.

The best dental appointment I've ever had. We're new to the area, and was nervous about finding a good dental office. I definitely found the best at Godley Station Dental. All the staff was just fantastic. My hygienist, Sarah, was amazing, nothing hurt and Dr. Allen was so pleasant. I never have to dread going to the dentist again! Thank you, Godley Station Dental!

Absolutely the nicest people I've ever met. Super professional and since I've moved I've truly missed them. I would recommend them to absolutely anybody who is looking for a place to call home for all their dental needs.

I have seen both Dr. Carpenter and Dr. Hatch at Godley Station Dental for years - and my 2nd grader is a patient as well.  The front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful, and whenever I have had billing questions, I received excellent service as well - they actually call you back with sensible responses!  I have never met a hygienist here that wasn't friendly and professional and intelligent. I do appreciate that this is a business - and though they do offer extra services and additional products, I don't feel like I am coerced to buy these items if not necessary (as has been my experience elsewhere).  I absolutely trust my dentist to really help me take care of my health and recommend things instead of "push product."  Dr. Hatch has done Botox for me as well as crowns, enamelplasties (cosmetic stuff), fillings, onlays, and she is always very attentive to my concerns and health.  Have ALWAYS recommended this practice to my friends and family.
