I originally went to this office to get a consultation for my teeth that were shifting and to get some routine dental care. After my initial exam they told me I had periodontal disease​, which I already knew. They also advised that before they could fix my cosmetic problems I needed a deep cleaning. However, my insurance did not cover the deep cleaning procedure. At the time I didn't have the amount of money it took to pay out of pocket so I called back and asked if I could just get a regular cleaning.The receptionist told me legally they couldn't perform a routine cleaning. At that point I knew something was wrong. Some months later I called to schedule the deep cleaning because I didn't want to start over at another dentist. They told me I had to pay 10% of the cost of the procedure before they could even schedule it. Wow never heard that before. So I went ahead and scheduled it. After my procedure they tried to scare me into buying all these expensive products. I left there very unsatisfied with the work that was done.. I called back to this office and cancelled my appointment for the remainder of the deep cleaning the next thing I know I got a bill in the mail for not showing up to an appointment. How can you bill me for canceling an appointment. I was livid...I will never use them again all they want is to do the procedures that they can charge you for and not what u really want. They are all about money instead of what the patient needs.

I have used Dr Hayslip for several years and love the staff and the doctor. They are very informative about your options in getting the best care for yourself. I would recommend them to everyone!

So Far 1st impression is very good. Everyone treated me very good & Me , being a Vietnam Vet--I Like That. Looking Forward To Getting This Done & A Good & Great Experience With You All. Thank You. So far 5 stars & hope it stays that way.
