We have been coming here for YEARS!!!! All the ladies are so nice! Along with Jonathan! The dentists have come and gone throughout the years, but it's the staff that has kept us going back :)

The Dentist here Jennifer is fantastic, as are the hygienists, they are amazing. The office staff usually is very pleasant. Recently I moved away, wasn't able to pick up whiting trays I paid for, so I offered to have a friend pick them up to mail them, and they said "no, we can mail them" so I and my husband left our forwarding address and of course never received them. After numerous calls with responses like, 'we never got your new address" and "oh we mailed them and the post office must have lost them" and "we lost the paper from the post office" I finally got a call from a women whom I've never delt with, and she was incredibly rude, granted I was upset because Ive been waiting on these trays for 4 months and offered to have someone else pick them up but Howard Family Dental said it was NO PROBLEM to mail them. In the end the women on the other end hung up on me and told me It was her understanding that I was supposed to pick them up and I failed to do so!!! SHE BLAMED ME!! 
terrible way to do business and a damn shame because, Brandy and the other girls  in the office are so sweet as is the dentist and the hygienists, but this old women, i think her name was Deborah, was a straight up witch! In almost 7 years of going to this place it is a shame it had to end like this for me.

Hygienists are nice. I had 3 fillings done there, and about 2 months after, I started getting terrible pain on one of the fillings when eating. Nervous to go back, especially paying for them and then being charged again by mail for I don't even know what, knowing I had paid my balance in full when I was in the office.
