I highly recommend Gold Casters. They have a great selection and a wide variety with great choices to fit whatever my price range is. Their customer service is amazing. This is where you want to shop if you’re having trouble deciding what to get your loved ones. I want to personally thank Zach Roth, for his helpful advice and his great and friendly attitude and for making the time for me as I browse throughout the store. The entire staff is always eager to help me and make sure that my experience is always top class. Again, thank you Zach & entire staff of Gold Casters.

I had a great experience at Goldcasters. It was my first time purchasing an engagement ring and their staff was extremely helpful and polite. I had the good fortune of working with Kyle Mortimer who stayed with me until I found the perfect ring that was directly within the budget we had discussed. Excellent quality at excellent prices. I highly recommend them and will be returning soon for the wedding bands!

I’ve tried to bring myself to purchase from this place several times. I just can’t. 1. The sales staff acts as if they are doing you a favor by assisting you. (I include the ownership in this assessment) 2. I was looking for a particular piece and they continued to pass the incorrect item off as the one I wanted. 3. They tried to switch me to a piece that they had in store as opposed to what I wanted. 4. They don’t do “sales” because it’s all MSRP based. Meaning you pay the premium. They are playing off buyers that are not informed. You have to pay for those ridiculous radio commercials somehow, right? How’s this place even around? Basically, they make you think you are buying higher quality items when in fact you can get most of the lines they carry at other local stores. At a better value and warranty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If you are looking for outstanding workmanship, personalized customer service, and unique jewelry that can't be found anywhere else, go to Gold Casters. I have been a customer of this store for over 15 years, and every time I enter, I am treated with one-on-one service no matter how large or how small my purchase is. The employees, especially Christian Lawrence, take the time to find out what I am shopping for, what I want the item to express, and then they find it whether it is something already in the store, something that needs to be ordered, or something that their craftspeople will create in-store. My many purchases have ranged from a simple ID bracelet to a a locket for cremation ashes to a custom ring made of family diamonds, and in all of these interactions, the staff made sure that I was satisfied and proud of the item I had purchased. Those jewelry items are my most treasured pieces. Gold Casters is so much more than what can be found at basic chain jewelry stores that dot major malls. Gold Casters sells quality - in its service, its gems, and its attention to detail.

Absolutely love my new ring and complete wedding ring setting! Mr Lawrence (Christian) was so helpful and made my decision easy. Very knowledgeable and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase/experience at Gold Casters. I will definitely be back! Thanks again Christian!
