THE Best customer service I've been provided in decades! We had a watch they'd only replaced a battery and a band on months prior stop working, and instead of making an excuse or blaming me, or someone else, and refusing responsibility (too often SOP these days), Adam stepped up without hesitation, and offered to replace my aged watch at its current value! This service speaks volumes! ESPECIALLY given most of the other companies I've dealt with over the years. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for fine jewelry and excellent customer care to visit this store and see for yourself. Sincerely, A Usually Hard-to-please Customer

Excellent service and good value on diamond purchase. Bob helped me find a 1.00 carat stone as an engagement ring. He set it in a solitare then we went back a month or so later and picked out a setting. Great staff and superior service! Highly recommended

I absolutely love this store. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my jewelry needs... they don’t treat you like a customer, they treat you like a friend. As soon as you walk in the door there’s at least 2 people greating you without hesitation. Anyone thinking about buying any type of jewelry needs to at least stop by.

I went in to have a watch that was given to me re-sized which only costs $5! Now I'm not someone who knows anything about watches, but I met with Adam who gave me a lot of information regarding the watch that I wasn't aware of at all. He spent 15-20 minutes with me walking me through the different gadgets on my watch and making sure I knew how to operate it. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and will be back!

My family has shopped with this company all the way back to my great grandfather. This is the only place to go if you want to be taken care of and appreciated for being a customer. They define customer service and customer satisfaction. I just want to publicly thank them for what they did for my wife and myself with every ounce of my being. Truly, thank you.
