I used to love coming to the gym they offered a wide variety of classes when they first opened now they are constantly cancelling classes or completely getting rid of them. The staff for the most part I feel arent friendly to me, especially the guy at the front desk that checks you in. He literally will say nothing to me not even smile. The instructors also with the exception of a couple are useless and act like they would rather be stabbed in the eye than to say two words to you. The ladies room often has no toilet paper. The location is horrible because it's in an old dilapidated mall where the ceiling often leaks. Other gyms offer more amenities like a sauna and all this gym has are tanning beds. Who wants to get skin cancer? I wish they would offer more classes and hire nicer people because I really don't want too drive far to find another gym but I am currently looking for other options..

It's a good gym, but be careful before you sign up. I tried to cancel because my finances changed and it was a little too expensive, and found out I apparently signed an 18-month contract. Definitely don't remember signing that, and I usually am good about that. And even getting that information was hard, I asked at the gym when I wanted to cancel and they didn't seem to know anything about the 18-month thing. So be on your guard, the gym itself is fine, but you're kind of chained there.

Equipment is not bolted down, so everything gets moved around. Bench press stations sit all crossed up on each other. Weights are misplaced, scatterd all over the gym, and never reracked. There are no paper towels to wipe down equipment, just a reusable cloth. Some minor adjustments and attention to detail would make this gym that much better. All the employees are very nice, and they know you by name, not just as a member.

I seriously wish I read the reviews before my husband  signed up for this place. Don't even sign up for this gym chain unless you're willing to spend money on a contract that will never end. My husband was told he would be able to cancel anytime after February 2017, but was blatantly lied to since it's September and we're still dealing with BS trying to cancel and especially since losing his job doesn't help with paying the subscription. "create a seamless process for any member to cancel when they need to" Yeah. Okay. Sending a notorized letter is a pain and your company knows it. And paying the "rest of our months" in our supposedly finished contract for days we arent touching your equipment isn't seamless. We already called, and you would think they would come up with even more sugar coated excuses since they know they  trick people everyday.

I wasted my time here with false advertising, and the manager was a racist.  I will never recommend anyone here especially those of color.
