I attended my first ever crossfit class here. The staff was friendly and patient. The facilities are very neat, clean, and spacious. I ended up signing up for a membership because I enjoyed it so much.

I do crossfit in North Myrtle Beach and needed a place to drop in while in Charleston. The owner/trainer was very welcoming as was the entire class. I will definitely be coming back, I highly recommend this place as a drop in or full time.

I had an absolute BLAST at Iron Bridge CrossFit this weekend. The owner and the coaches are incredibly warm and welcoming. It is such an amazingly positive atmosphere to work out in. Everyone there was nice and friendly and supportive, and there were two adorable dogs hanging out during Open Gym on Saturday. If you want a spot that will take you in with open arms, this is the place for you. If you want an overly-serious no-fun gym, go elsewhere. This place embraces the goofy, in the very best way, but still makes sure everyone is having a good quality, safe workout. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in town.
