Seriously can't get enough of OTF. It's always different, so I never get bored. The soundtracks are on point and keep me excited. The instructors are encouraging, high energy, and make me want to push harder. There's never a dull moment. I also LOVE the science behind the workout. Being able to track your progress throughout class and getting the performance summary afterwards as a reminder/reward of how well you did is great.

The coaches are exceptional, personable and knowledgable. I was a personal trainer for 20 years and did some group classes. These coaches are focusing on 3 different stations with 20-30 students. They are able to juggle all of that and provide incentives, motivation and individual attention. And every day is a different workout that they have to remember. I love that you can go at your own pace but allow yourself to be pushed. I like that you're monitored by your heart rate so you know when you are over exerting or slacking! I like not having to think about the workout because you're being told exactly what to do. I love the variety.

I like that it is always different and that you only stay at each station/piece of equipment for a few minutes at a time. I have only been to one class but the coach, Jerry, was very motivating and helpful! I LOVE data, so I love that you get a ton of data regarding your body and your workout. The music is also very high energy and motivating! Finally, the front office staff, particularly Jimmy, was super helpful and friendly!

I like the coaching and the diversity of each workout. The program really pushes me and I've seen great improvement in my performance in the few months I've been a member. It's fun, but challenging. Highly recommend for those who like structure and need to be pushed.

Go, go, go to Orange Theory! Best workout of my life and I have been an instructor and always worked out. It has transformed my body and life. I love it!
