Really nice experience. Great staff, lots of amenities. The hotel is in a residential area, and a little dated, but we'll kept. Great rates on spa services and mud baths. All water is hot springs mineral water, so be prepared for the smell. But, all hotels with natural water will have this in the area.

Room was clean aside from the cobwebs on the ceiling corner. Bathroom/shower is very nice spacious and ample lighting. Kitchen amenities were good, I recommend better plates ( not melamine) not good w/ microwave. Only thing I suggest is bathtub and a whole body mirror.
I apologize for not remembering her name, since my husband arrived until we leave she never forget the reason why we came there.

Golden Haven Hot Springs is a small outlet of standard rooms with some basic amenities. Their lounge room provides some seating, coffee, water and a microwave, where their enclosed pool area also includes a warm and hot jacuzzi. Where this place excelled is their couples mud and mineral bath service. The attendant Kimberly was very welcoming, helpful and provided an easy guided experience. If you've been curious or wanting to try out a mud bath this is a recommended place to try something new and be pampered in the process.

What a nice spot to go relax.  And pretty affordable.  The massage was great and the pools were nice. However I wish they aren't so small and crammed together there was only about 10 people in there and it felt crowded.  Otherwise it was very clean and workers were nice.

Extremely overpriced. We rented two two-room Suites it was a king and queen in each room however the rooms were very very small the room smell like dirty feet when we walked in. We had a power outage while blow drying our hair in one of the rooms they woke up with ants everywhere and they also had a power outage while using a blow dryer.
 We went for the girlfriends package which included massage mineral baths mud Baths on a facial treatment that was all wonderful it was just the rooms that we're bad.
