Absolutely disappointed. My mom received care at this hospital or whatever you want to call it she had Covid. They had her laid down most of the time and did not give adequate updates on her care or how she was doing to my family. She passed here in January and we are still having issues with them. Do not recommend

They have compassionate and caring staff that truly care about their patients.

My husband went to the er this morning due to severe tooth pain. The nurse on call talked about how much she loved pain medicine outside of his room and how she got to choose the size of needle she used based on how rude the patient was right before she gave him a shot. She was very rude and completely unprofessional and i will be reporting to someone higher up .

This hospital is worthless! Took my daughter in for swollen tonsils and they gave her a covid test then tells us we need to go get a mono test done. For one why can't they do it there? Then they give us discharge papers and send us on our way. I will NEVER go to this hospital again!!!

Doctors and nurse won’t listen to you and will just fill you IVS and antibiotics and they don’t do test to make sure there is something wrong with you, me and my fiancé have been dealing with this for 6 years now and they still say there nothing wrong with her even though she has been sick for so many years

I received the best care at our very small hospital yesterday.  ER physician and RN followed protocol to the letter.  They were extremely helpful and respectful of my illness and my needs.

Went for physical therapy. My physical therapist knew next to nothing about my condition or treatment plan and had to consult the lead physician on almost every question I had, meaning I had to wait a week for an answer. She was often late as well  Prices were exorbitant Cigna Insurance and because their billing department works a month behind I was completing my treatment 2 months after starting by the time I found out how ridiculous the prices were.  The billing office has not even been able to give me an itemized bill it's been weeks. I am extremely dissapointed by the expensive, subpar care.  Best part is that my condition isn't even better.

Went for physical therapy. PATIENTS BEWARE!!! They way over bill. They charge you by the minute and will add minutes on you did not use. You will not get a bill until way after you are done. They also coerce you into more appointments. If you complain they "investigate" themselves and tell you that's all they can do. I never received any itemization on my bill and they want an exorbitant fee for any records. My condition got way worse and I am no longer able to run.  The place is also filthy and outdated. This place seriously needs to be investigated for fraud.

E.R. nurses are rude and arrogant.   Such a shame...The medical field use to be full of people who actually cared for someone else's well being,  but that is not the case here at this hospital.   Wonderful doctor tho!  He must have stumbled on this job by accident.  P.s. Not everyone is an addict

Had to wait an hour in the waiting room with a broken arm when there was only one other person in the whole place.
