The rooms are good size with sofas and large tv screens...bathrooms are tastefully designed. The bar has top shelf mixes. Breakfast offers plenty of choices and delicious. One negative is the windows in the rooms don t open.

This hotel is very clean and innovative, however small detail that makes my life a little easier weren't accommodated. There is NO MICROWAVE in my room and the refrigerator did not produce cold air leaving all of my food to spoil the next day. I called room service at 10pm just to find out no one was available, the front desk phone rung out until I gave up calling. On a good note my bed was made everyday and the employees seemed very pleasant.

This hotel had only been opened for 2 1/2 weeks before we arrived. Even though the entry driveway did not have its final paving and work was still being done on some rooms, our accommodations were perfect. I cannot comment on the value since we paid for our night with Hilton Honor points, but the amount of points required was reasonable for the quality of the stay. Our standard room was pristine, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was as good as you will get at any Hampton Inn. The location is also excellent as it is located only moments from I-84 and I-87 (NYS Thruway). There are also plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. You can't go wrong with staying here.

Amazing staff. Lovely CLEAN rooms beautiful heated indoor pool and small gym Great complimentary breakfast and coffee is available around the clock
