My daughter and I stayed at this location Sunday night. We had a horrible experience. The room was absolutely cold, the heating system was apparently broken. When I spoke to the front desk, he said sorry and no one has ever complained about that room being cold. Also, I left a cashmere sweater and a shirt hanging in the closet and I forgot to retrieve it when we checked out. When I called hours later they told me there was nothing left in the room. It was evident someone found the garments and kept them instead of turning them in. Very dishonest people working at that hotel. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!

I attended a work related event at Ramada. My expectations were low, considering the low budget. Still, I was let down when I bought a glass of wine, and the glass I received was dirty with lipstick marks. The buffet food was also a bit disappointing.

My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our 2 year anniversary this weekend. Check in was okay, the staff was polite but seemed annoyed when I wanted to pay for the room in cash. When we entered our room, it appeared okay until I realized how low the water pressure was in the shower and the toilet took at least a minute to flush. The key cards were temperamental. Outside in the snow, we tried to get in the building for about 5 minutes before having to walk around to the front of the building. No salt had been put down though the sidewalks were covered in ice. We went back through the building and to another door. Of course, our key cards were not working. We went to the front desk to have them replaced with another guest that was having the same issue. I tried to explain to the man at the desk that the parking lot and sidewalks are covered in snow and ice. He cut me off and told me he was working on it though nothing was done until the next morning. Instead of taking 5 tries to open our room, it only took us 2 with the new key cards. The complimentary breakfast was a mess. The eggs were cold and the bacon was undercooked. In the fridge was a carton of eggs and a single yogurt that expired four days ago. The donuts were stale and there was black specks floating in our Apple juice dispensed from the cooler. Though it appears promising on the outside and the places we visited in Newburgh were amazing, I will not be returning to this hotel.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was fine but formerly smoking so I could still smell it.

If you’re wondering about how bad this place is, all you have to do is call and ask a question. Just listen to how rude they are, how rushed they are and I’m willing to bet they’ll probably hang up on you. It seems like they don’t want you to be there. They act like you are a pest not a customer. No manners. Do not stay here.
