Thank you Good Feet. I have been wearing your supports for some time now, and I am able to do the treadmill and pretty much anything else I want to do. I have had plantar fasciitis and low back pain for years, and they are gone now. The staff is very professional and take as much time as needed to answer questions and to provide the correct supports and to be sure they are fitted properly.

Look, I have had very flat feet which also pronate. In addition, I was born with my feet turned about 45 degrees outwards....in other words a flat footed duck. I had a chiropractor, several years ago, make some Orthodics for me...they were expensive plus the cost of x rays and a few office visits for examinations, fitting etc. Of course the price tag appears high...but if you were to go and have custom made Orthodics, the cost would be much higher: perhaps covered by insurance...but much higher than Good Feet. The quality and design of these inserts is very good and the fit of the IOrthodics which I got at Good Feet are excellent. There are three levels of Orthodics offered here....I have been completely comfortable in the maximum support and intend to return the other two levels, which are not as aggressive. The store will exchange these without question. This is not a scam: and the store here in Albuquerque is just fine. If you are unsure or if money is tight, just try the maximum....and go back to purchase the others if you think you need to....give it a bit of time....it may take getting used to a significant change for your entire body, balance etc. I thought about the purchase for a few days, read the negative reviews on Google and think that they are UNWARRANTED. If you have bad feet...which I have had all my life...the Good Feet option is really viable. What would YOU give to have relief from constant pain? I am a bio physics PhD and a bio medical engineer, also a PhD. So I am reasonably sophisticated about medical devices etc. The devices offered by Good Feet may not be for everyone....but they have been in business, as a company for more than 25 years. The molds used to make these devices are quite expensive, injection molded stuff. Having a retail store in a good area is also expensive and is reflected in the cost of the purchase....but that's true for any upscale retail operation. In the case of these Orthodics, they must be fit to your feet...so, this cannot be done without some hands on process. It costs money. But if you enjoy relief, as I have, I would suggest that you take some of the critical reviews posted online, with a grain of salt. My experience has been good. I think the people there are well trained and experienced. I was, and you should be too, prepared that their devices might not work for me....and was prepared, as you should be, to experiment. If it works for you, great...if not, you probably should go the Orthopedics route.....as your problem may be more complex and requires medical experts and custom medical devices and treatment. Scam artists. I am on disability and Amy Rossi took advantage of me. They took me for $843.29. No refunds. Not everyone is as stupid and gullible as me. But I don't want this to happen to anyone else, so you should know that they are crooks.

SCAM!! They take advantage of people in their weakest state. The manager Amy Rossi uses lying sale tactics to get u to buy and even act like she cares about your injury. Then will not even give you info or contacts to file complaint said they would refund now they wont . Products have horrible ratings across the country.
