The locksmith doesn't cut the keys properly. One key will just barely work while the other won't work at all. And that is 2 out of 3 times. I thought maybe it was a fluke of first timers luck, but then I went back on two separate occasions, one with a coworker. I tell him one of the keys don't work and he accuses my coworker of trying to file the key down when we left it at work overnight. I refused to pay for a new copy and he eventually recut the copy. Won't be going here again I will instead go to Bayard which I found more professional and give actual receipts!!

this guy is the best, I bring him complicated orders with different amounts of multiple keys and he always gets it right, very kind guy too, I always enjoy visiting!

Got three keys cut on a Saturday. It took 2 mins and a dollar for each key. Efficient and polite service.
