Roy is super nice. I tried to change my old handle lock to a fingerprint lock. He came by and told me the lock I bought on amazon and my door is total different mechanism so it will cost a lot require a lot of work. If I insist to change it, I might not be able to change it back. So when I sell the apartment I might need to replace it with a whole new door. He then recommended me a smaller pad lock that will fit my door. Roy is so professional and honest. He even refused to take my tips because I didn’t get a suitable lock for him to install. Will definitely use this company again later because they got a boss that has good character! Thank you Roy!

Excellent. Fast service. Jackie was super fast and gave me a great price. He got here so quickly and was so polite. I was super impressed and will remember this business for any other time I am locked out.

Best locksmith experience I’ve had by far. Arrived at my apartment within 10 minutes of my phone call. Job was completed extremely quickly and efficiently. Very affordable. Leo was very kind, polite and fast. Hire them!

Excellent shop. Honest, no nonsense key makers with a wide assortment of options. I had gotten a pad lock key cut, and a vintage car key. Great pricing, best in the city.
