Super shout out to Yelp for letting me find this place so easily as I absolutely loved my experience with them. I had only used one locksmith in NYC before years and ago and it was definitely not a good experience. Thank goodness for Sullivan Locksmith as I definitely feel like they are trustworthy and honest and I will use them again if I ever need a locksmith. I needed to have my locks changed and Sullivan Locksmith gave me a quote they stuck to and was so easy to schedule with. My door feels so much more secure now. The actual locksmith who worked on my door was Arthur, he was extremely polite and professional. He came over the same day that I called him, I was able to communicate via Yelp with what I needed and then send photos of my locks and get the quote of how much it would be. Extremely easy process. Like everyone else is saying, he is extremely fast in the response and gives you the best rate. It took about 20 minutes from my text message of the pictures to have him show up at my door. I think it took 15 minutes max for my new locks to be put on. Really loved my experience here. Thank you.

Solid, local, and trustworthy business. Came here a long time ago to get some duplicate keys made. At the time, I lived in a 90 year old historic apartment building on Wooster street and the door had the original locks. Trying to find a key blank at any of the normal spots (Home Depot, etc) was impossible which is how I ended up here. They cut a couple keys for me but when I got home, they didn't work. Stopped back in and they knew why I had come back even before I could explain. The key cutting machine was not calibrated/reset for my keys so the cuts were just about a millimeter or so deeper than they should have been. They realized that right after I left, apologized, and made new working keys for me. Super friendly, knowledgeable, took ownership of the issue and resolved. Thanks!

I work nearby at NYU and Ive come here many times to get my keys copied. Arthur was very helpful! It took me less than two minutes to have my keys copied. Easy in and out.

The lock for the gate at our shop got damaged(by poorly made keys). bringing it down was no problem, but raising it was, so after closing it at night we didn't know what would happen next morning :) Arthur came and fixed the issue super fast. He was very pleasant, professional and reasonably priced. I sincerely hope that I won't have any future issues, but if I do - I know who to call. :)

I locked my keys in my car yesterday and found this locksmith by a recommendation from someone on the street. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The locksmith arrived as fast as he said he would and in less than 20 seconds, my car door was open. I felt he charged a fair price and I would definitely recommend them if someone is locked out of their car. You don't always find honest locksmith companies and this one was great!!
