I was locked out of my apartment and they answered my call immediately and met me within 15 minutes. Lock smith was such a nice guy and I was back in my apartment within 2 minutes of his arrival! Highly recommend paragon.

The lock on our outside display window was busted and it took us a while to find a reliable locksmith to fix it.  On a recommendation from our super, we contacted Paragon, which is just up the street.  Their technician, Tal, came by in less than an hour and fixed it with no problem in about 30 minutes.  He gave us a quote ahead of time and was quick and polite.  What more can I say?  Thanks!

Thank you Paragon locksmith! Our kid lost our apartment keys and we were locked out...
We called Paragon and within 20 minutes the technician came and got us in. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
