Gym is dirty and gross. Carpets need to be redone. Everything is old. Tons of treadmills buttons dont work or buttons are worn off. Needs an overhaul BIGTIME! Parking lot is very small and crowded. wouldnt have purchased a membership if this was the the gym I went to look at! Going to be going to bradford from now on!!

Too many juicers at this place. Patrons are F%@ING crazy. I saw one baboon throw a dumbbell clear across the free weight area as someone had the audacity to use the power rack when he wasn't there. Staff did nothing about - not sure if it was out of fear or complacency. The apes are very territorial here and they do their best to intimidate. Change rooms are not the cleanest. The facility is a bit small. For the price you can get a much better fitness club elsewhere.

I've been working out at this gym for several years now and I really like the progression that it has under gone. The equipment is replaced over a reasonable life cycle and they clearly have put in some.new training options. I really like the sleds! Thanks folks for doing your best to keep everything going!

I wish there was a Goodlife in the north end though! It would be more convenient!!
