Roy the manager was exceptionally polite and nice. He gave us a tour, explained everything and made me make the decision to sign up based on the knowledge I received of the benefits of this location. My first class was well tailored to my needs. I felt the strength, the fat burn and muscle conditioning in my body for days afterwards. I will recommend this gym but I will say try it first as always so the decision is yours not forced. You will make the same decision I believe.

Great place! Matt is an amazing trainer! Very professional & everyone is very friendly. People here have the warmest smiles. Jahmal was very helpful when I came in! Classes are always fun to be in too.

I've nothing but good things to say about this gym. I've been going for almost six months, and I'm very happy with it. First off there's a bunch of great equipment to use, so no matter what it is that you want to train on you will likely be able to do so here. Here's a short list of what they got: Plenty of weights, from dumbells, barbells, and kettlebells. More than a dozen heavy bags for working boxing/kicking Matted area for ground work UFC cage for sparring, shadow boxing, training, etc. You can work out on your own, join a class, or work one on one with a personal trainer, some of whom specialize specific areas. If you want to build muscle, improve your striking, or get lean they'll set you up with someone who is knowledgeable on such work. What I've found to be best are the group classes they offer, particularity the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai classes, as the instructors of both these classes are very knowledgeable of their respective arts. Good place to train if you're serious about getting in shape/learning to fight.

I love going to the ufc gym. Love the people there they r super friendly,feels like u r at home. Best thing ever is they r there for u encourage u to get to ur goal love the dut class. People who gose there they r friendly comes n talkes to u. Only been going there for 3 weeks now love to talk to Sean he is the best he is super friendly takes his time to talk to u about ur goals shows u around n talkes about everything around the gym

Seriously AVOID this place at all cost. Exceptionally poor customer service, the facilities are not as well maintained/cleaned as they should be, and seriously...everyone from coaches to the owner are bloated and out of shape. Poor ambassadors for the UFC brand. On top of that, overpriced! Avoid, avoid, avoid.
