I am a 53 year old newly retired police officer. I came to Alex with goals to lose weight, improve my flexibility, gain strength, and improve my health where I have more energy. Alex said with confidence that they are all achievable. I was not so confident, but stuck with his program. I had a few private training sessions with Sandra and Kathy and then started the classes.(awesome instructors) It is very intimidating at first and very tough physically, but it got easier. Every day the class has different work outs, and it is always challenging. The coaches are encouraging and there to guide you, which is unlike other gyms. The structure of the class and the fact everyone is working out together is what motivates me. Without this structure I know I would take short cuts. After 10 months I started at 214 pounds and I am now at my target weight of 190. I am more flexible, and I feel more energy. My strength is improving, but still have a long way to go. It took me years to join - don't make the same mistake. To improve your quality of life talk to the staff at Bolton Cross Fit.

I joined CrossFit Bolton in May of this year as part of the "New You" program and it was a great decision! As a woman over 50 and obese I have seen excellent results. In six months I have lost 30 lbs, gained the ability to complete everyday tasks that were becoming difficult if not impossible. This program may seem intimidating, but trust me if I can do it so can you! The exercises are scalable to your fitness level and you can see improvement as long as you show up and put in the work. Not only are the coaches excellent and supportive but I have found the other members to be so as well. There is motivation in working out in a group setting and having a knowledgeable coach there to ensure you are doing things properly. I did this because as a new grandparent I wanted to be able to get on the ground and play with my grandchild, to go out and kick the ball around and now I can. I would not hesitate to recommend this gym and I have.

I started at CrossFit Bolton six weeks ago in the "New You Challenge" program. Although it is hard work, I am thrilled with the results I have achieved in such as short amount of time. The workouts are unique, and challenging. The coaches are encouraging, supportive and motivating. Kat, Sandra and Alex are there beside you, guiding you every step of the way, to help you achieve your fitness goals and beyond. I am so happy to have been introduced to the CrossFit Bolton team and look forward to new challenges ahead.

For the last several years, my kids and I have loved being part of the Crossfit Bolton community. The kids can't wait to discover what new movement they are going to learn each class and have loved the camps in the summer. For me, the strength I had developed through Alex's programming became so critical when I was faced with recovering from some health challenges. It not only provided an amazing base, but I was also so thankful for the outlet and focus during recovery. I never thought I would be able to do many of the functional movements as I healed, but now, a year later I am back to doing almost everything I could do before and in some instances I am even stronger. I truly believe that I would not have recovered even remotely as well as I have without the coaches commitment to me as a member. So thank you Alex, Kat and Sandra for all that you have done for me!

Crossfit has changed my life, it's made me a stronger person physically and mentally. The staff and coaches are amazing, and the members are all very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Alex and all the coaches for all your support. It's really an awesome place. It's a commitment like no other and all the hard work is paying off!! Thank you Crossfit Bolton 💪💪
