Been going here for 2 years now and it's been a great experience. Staff and people are really friendly (which makes up for how crowded it gets at times). There's everything you want in a gym and more (physio and message available). It's also nice that it's strictly a gym, meaning no other country club style distractions you'd get from the bigger fancier fitness centers. It's just you and the iron, which I find many will appreciate. You can always count on this place for getting a great workout in.

I have been attending this gym for over a year now. This gym has more than enough equipment to utilize and most people are friendly and willing to let you work in if necessary. I have to make a point in acknowledging Lee who it typically working the front desk. He is diligent in greeting me on a daily basis with genuine kindness and charisma that is admirable. His demeanor and work ethic set the tone for how I enter and I appreciate individuals who take pride in being socially inclusive to all. Lee demonstrates a leadership role that then carries out through his employees and makes World Gym a place that is welcoming to attend. I recommend this gym to others as it is evident that is it run by people who are passionate about fitness and integrity.

Best priced gym in mississauga. Staff are friendly and place is clean. Lots of people go here from beginners to full time body builders. There's enough equipment for everyone to use and you don't have to wait too long during busy hours. There's a day care on premises for parents. Only reason this gets 4 and not 5 stars are the condition of some of the equipment, huge rips and tears on some of them and the mens washroom smells like diarrhea on some days. They're moving to a bigger facility across the street. I hope they replace or fix them while they're at it. + add a couple more clocks and a weighing scale. Overall great gym atmosphere.
