It was good until it was 20 till closing and they tried to tell us we couldn’t try one article of clothing on. The associate made a big deal of it and we had to get a manager involved. Everyone had attitudes. It was disappointing that they treat customers with such disrespect. After the Manager allowed us to try it the dressing room attendant threw the self holding the hangers on the floor. Then blocked us back in with the self. It was so disrespectful. I will never come back to this location. Needs better and friendlier associates and management.

The manager insulted my four children telling them to go find their mommy, I'm a single father and was stand not 10 feet away. My youngest started to cry as she doesn't even remember her mother. When I told the manager there was not excuse for that, he ordered us to leave the store. The manager is about 5'8 bald with a long black beard. Single father's stuggeling to raise four kids are not welcome at goodwill.

I give this place 5 stars for a few reasons. First it was very clean,lots of great stuff to choose from and great prices but first and foremost my sales person Kristen,She was amazing she was so helpful and pleasant. I will come back and hope I get her everytime.

Lots of product,  great selection.  Just some items not priced and associates too too busy ANF I didn't want to bother them.  
Overall,   great place to shop .

Their prices seem to be getting higher and higher to be second hand stuff. I like bargain hunting for home decor and small furniture pieces but the last time I was there, I walked out after a few minutes. They wanted $14.99 for a small dirty artificial plant and $39.99 for a small nightstand that was missing the knobs. I can pay that much at Ross and get it new! It’d be one thing if they were an actual “non-profit” that donated to local charities but they don’t. I’d feel a lot better knowing that I’m paying more but at least a portion of my purchase was going somewhere other than the CEO’s Pocket.
