We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

Stopped by today to purchase a high end ceramic charcoal grill.  The grill is displayed on the floor, and when I asked the sales person if they have the grills in stock, he said I could purchase the floor model.  I told him I was presenting the grill as a gift, and would prefer to purchase one in the box.  I asked if they had the units in stock, and he said they did.  The sales person stated such units had to be home delivered at an additional fee.  I asked if the unit was in stock, why I could not simply purchase and take home myself.  He stated that by "in stock', he meant Conn's could acquire from the AZ warehouse.  So I indicated I was willing to purchase the floor unit, and the sales person told me he was unable to sell the floor model.  I reminded him of what he stated when I first inquired, and he said that he was just kidding.  I asked about the additional fee for home delivery, and he said somewhere between $80 - $150.  I was curious about the specific cost, which he reluctantly obtained from a manager.  Clearly the sales person is not that skilled, which is only partially the reason for my 1 star rating.  The primary reason is that Conn's doesn't appear to offer any advantage.  I prefer to make purchases of large items in person, but that doesn't seem to be an option at Conn's.  I can buy the same grill on Amazon for the same price (or less) with free shipping.  So why would I drive to Conn's to order something to be delivered to my home at an additional fee?

My Husband and I were in a little under a week ago. We were looking for a couch that would accommodate our family comfortably. We looked at several and finally settled on one. We are enjoying our sectional and we all sit very comfortably together on it. Brittany was more than patient with us as we pondered every selection, she assisted us in measuring the couch we selected to ensure it would fit and reassured us that it the couch did not fit we could select another couch. we are happy and we are comfy! Upon delivery our two delivery guys who's names I did not catch were amazingly quick, nice and efficient.

Bought some stuff there a year ago, the experience wasn't horrible (it wasn't great either), so we decided to go back and get something else we needed. That turned out to be a mistake. 

We had credit at thru them (their in house credit) that we didn't use because we had an account with Synchrony that we put our previous purchases on. They kept spamming us with mail that we still had our in store credit so we decided to go look. Even though nothing had changed since the last time we were in, they wanted a bunch of stuff (proof of address, income, insurance, blah blah) which in itself was no big deal. However I don't generally carry that around on me. They said I had to print it out and bring it back down. No electronic options (which if they did I could have done in store), and then kept hounding me on the phone the last 2 days after I told them I didn't have a printer and I wasn't going to pay to have it printed out, and to just cancel the whole thing. It's honestly stupid they don't have an electronic option (or if they do it's stupid that no one that works there seems to know about it). And the sales person turned really sour on me when I told him if I had to walk out the door I wasn't coming back.... And I won't be back ever again.

The door showed closing time of 930 I arrived at 928 to make a payment the door was Already locked. I knocked and saw all The employees there at the register, all staff members were inside including the manager in the white shirt and they did not open the door. wow that’s horrible customer service but they sure ran out and let everyone leave by 9:38! They care more about leaving then providing one of their customers proper service.
