Found an open box item they had been sitting on for 4 weeks. The price last week was $131 and this week was $219.  The difference was that product brand new was not on sale any more.  Unfortunately the lower price was still on the item sticking out from the other tag.  The store manager wasn't willing to re-lower it because his market manager was watching all of the price unlocks.  I used to work at this store back when Best buy was a great company.  Last time I will step foot in this one. On a side note I went to the best buy on decature and 215 north and they had on in the box that was returned and I got it for an even lower price.  I'll just shop at that store now.

Staff is dismissive and snotty. Very judgemental looks. I also asked for an open box item and they told me "chances are it's already been sold" without even checking on it for me even though I had just pulled it up on the best buy website. I went to another best buy location and they gave me the open box item and had exceptional employees. The people at this location need customer service training

Refused to price match so I left. No problem for me, I bought it on Amazon for 15 bucks cheaper!

Service Manager at Charleston location in the appliance section "R"  is disrespectful and rude.  Customer Service makes or breaks businesses.  We can certainly name some other employees there that would appreciate that position and probably do a much better job. Respect would be a good look on you.  I do love Best Buy, but this will no longer be my go to location.  :(
