At Best Buy to buy a new TV for Super Bowl! I can't wait. I didn't know exactly what I wanted except for the biggest TV I could afford. The guy here helped me find what I was looking for in under 20 minutes. I was very happy with the service and the store is always clean but the reason I didn't give it 5 Stars was because I had to hunt someone down for almost 10 minutes before I could get help. But the prices are always good here so I'll definitely come back

I went in to return/exchange a video game I had purchased however I could not find my receipt.  I was told that since it had been a week and half that they could not return or exchange it.  Okay, bummer.  A manager then asked me to wait, he was going to see what he could do.  It was at this point that he continued into a 10-15 minute, what felt like a personal conversation, with another customer.  I patiently waited for this transaction to wrap up.  When he finally addressed me, he just repeated the same thing he had told me prior to waiting.  I have never returned anything at best buy before, and was of the mind that they had a pretty solid return policy.  I was mistaken and have learned from this interaction.  I should have gone with my initial instincts and went with Amazon.

Tek helped me with my purchase of a new Dell Laptop. His customer service was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the biggest bang for the buck.  I came towards closing time and he still helped me and did not rush me through the process.  I will only go to this best buy from here on out! Thanks again Tek!!
