"Intake" staff is hit or miss. Had everything from being asked for money to now being turned away before official closing because he apparently didn't feel like dealing with it. Had the family car full and now need to empty it again to fit the child seat tomorrow. Asked friendly, since i needed the car. Reply was simply "your best bet is tomorrow". I have to work tomorrow. My best bet is ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

The prices are a little high compared to other ones in the area but they have a good selection of clothing nonetheless as well as other items like shoes, accessories and books. I've always received friendly customer service here..

PRO 
This is hands down one of the BEST Good Will stores in the North East Region.
 First, I will start with the greeting, the cashiers are always extremely  outgoing and helpful.
 I want to commend the supervisors on good training. 
Next the clothes selection of  sizes 12,14,16, and even 18 are what I would call Trendy and up to date :)  
The Men's Clothing section has good quality  jeans, T-shirts and dress clothes attire as well. 
The Warehouse employees are AMAZING, those guys who accept donations and take items to customers vehicles are quick, friendly and so helpful. 
The round up for the job program is genius!!!  

CON 
The smell of the store is unpleasant, however I understand its the unwashed clothing and shoes but the smell is a downside. 
Some of the toys that are put out for sale should be in the trash.
The furniture at times are pricey for a thrift  store. 
The shoes (High Heels) are sometimes wobbly and unstable, yet put on the floor for purchase.

Just went I  and left to get home and find half my food. Male manager tool over for the young lady helping me.  He hindered more than helped.  I don't want any social treatment, but if I order a #3 wick is a 4 piece, then that's what I expect 4 pieces of chicken, not 3 and all cold
 Sides were wrong as well....
