So I have never been here before however I went in looking for a laptop charger. There was a black lady working in there and she continued to stare me down. I ignored. Thinking she probably is having a bad day. When I went to leave my debit was declined for $59.00. When I asked if I could have 10 minutes to check out my balance and why it was declined she rolled her eyes. I was actually surprised at her level of sheer irritation and complete rudeness. I quickly tell her I can run outside and grab cash from my husband then she turns around tells her boss I need to run outside then she comes around the corner and proceeds to look in my purse. Seeing only my property was in my bag. She takes her rude ass back to the other side asking out loud if it was their property. I said NO. This is my property. I have never been treated so badly by anyone in a store. I will not be back to pay for that stuff. She can shove it. She just lost 59.00 she could have made for the company. Because of her poor customer service she is costing the company!!!! WAY TO GO GOODWILL!

I like that its organized and on the clean side however there's an African American lady there who is rude, she will yell at you from across the store. I have been here a few times and she acts like she owns the store and doesn't care how she treats the customers. At the end of the day Goodwill needs people's donations and people to buy the items they sell so they definitely need to improve on customer service.

I came in for the first time to this goodwill and can not believe the customer service.  I tried to buy a kids shirt that was priced wrong and Elizabeth, the cashier, said couldn't change the price. Then she tried to tell me it was a dress.  So i tried to explain that she could change the price, Elizabeth said,  "well i won't change it."  Then she went ahead and corrected the price of two other shirts.  So she lied about not being able to correct the price!!!!! So then my sister asked if she could correct the price of the shirt, she ignored our request.  I Then told my sister thst it was fine because i was going to call and complain.  (Not about the price but the poor customer service).

I shop for men's shirts and outerwear, plus any other deals I can find. In the past I have found good stuff here. Better than most in the area. Have to pick through a lot of trash tho.....
