I made an appointment a week ago for an alignment check and arrived about 10 min early. I was told I would have to wait an hour and a half for the service. I told him to forget it and went home. I took off work and got an early appointment to avoid this waiting. He called after I got home (20 min later) and said we can get you in now. What a joke, why even make an appointment?

I had an appointment for mounting winter tires; when i gave one staff member my keys, he said it takes about an hour?! 
I was wondering for a few minutes if i was dreaming, had a cigarette and then asked him after I saw my vehicle is already in the garage, if i can expect to get my car sooner than that.
He looked at me immediately with an attitude and kept repeating that it takes about an hour.

Since I'm from Germany and got that procedure done twice a year, I actually know that it definitely doesn't take an hour; it can be done in 15 minutes. Especially when people have an appointment!

Plus the fact that i bought tires for over 500 dollars, it's even more rude to be treated like that!

I already regret buying the tires here and can only recommend to go somewhere else!

I made an appointment online. I walk in and find out that they do not do online appointments, rep said they won't shut that feature off. He wasn't nice at all, he literally laughed at me. Just told me that he "too bad, my schedule is full." He didn't even offer to make an appointment for another day or time.   This was such an inconvenience and definitely not a place I will spend a penny at. I will definitely let my family and friends know to Stay clear of this place.
