Terrible experience. I was told it would take 3 hours to change tires, despite having an appointment.  Then they claimed they couldn't find parts, then an "emergency repair" put me at the back of the line.  They told me after 3 hours they needed another hour to do an alignment, and I told them to cancel the alignment and give me my car back.  I was told the car was ready, but when I showed up they said they had stripped a lug nut and had to go to the dealership.  Another 45 minutes.  The were unapologetic and full of excuses.  Do not go here if you value your time.

I don't even know where to begin...  Jeremy, Mark, Zach and the rest of the team are incredible. I thought I had an issue that was related to the new tires I bought from NTB, and after several visits and many hours along with new parts (at NO cost to me), we found it was NOT the tires after all. The problem is not at all related to the tires, but other parts my car needed. Jeremy has been awesome throughout the entire process. I could not ask for better customer service! They may take a little longer with your car, but that's because they are doing the job the RIGHT way. Mark is my new favorite mechanic!  These guys spent so much time researching the potential causes of my car's handling issues by looking on line and reaching out to other businesses. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude!  You may see some negative reviews here, but all you need to do is work with them as a partner, and they will go above and beyond to help you out!  Thank you NTB!

Went in there today, needed two tires put on as quickly as possible. They were obviously very busy at the time just by looking into the shop. I dropped the tires off, and by the time I got home and sat down they called me and said they were ready to be picked up. I was very surprised and thankful that everything was done quickly and I highly recommend going there.

The staff are incredibly friendly. They are fast and as efficient as they can be with the amount of people they have on hand. They price match with their suppliers in order to keep business and efficiency in the high. They tell you straight out what is wrong and let you make the decisions before doing anything. They are just incredible. I moved to Beaver Dam and anytime I need stuff done on my car I go there. Also for you car fanatics they used top line products from their suppliers, I wouldn't take anything less. I suggest calling at least a week before and setting up an appointment so you know how long it will take  because they do get a lot of walk-ins and if you are one of them you'll end up waiting longer or going somewhere else.

I have visited here twice with a problem and both associates quickly helped with my problem.
I was so impressed my husband went and bought new tires there.
They now have our loyalty!
