These guys were great!  Stopped in right before closing on a Saturday to get a tire repaired and Jeff did it in no time flat (pun intended).  Thanks guys for sticking around and providing great service.  It is very appreciated.

No Complaints at all for any of the service I have  received so far.  I had tires replaced on both of my vehicles.  Brakes replaced  on one .  I received a thorough explanation on why brakes were needed at the time.  I brought in a flat and they analyzed and repaired it at no cost.  This says something about how they take care of their clientele.

I had been experiencing very low tire pressure in one of my tires since I bought my car. I took it to Monroe to see if there was anything they could do about it and within less than 1 hour it was fixed! I was so impressed with their service as well as the very friendly staff. I would recommend Monroe to anyone!!

First class service here Joe took care of me as my low tire indicator came on. I am from St. Louis and he quickly got me back on the road. Highly highly highly recommend this place Joe is extremely courteous

I booked an appointment for 8am. And when my husband and I came in the gentlemen see aggravated/annoyed. When I began discussing the pricing he proceeded to tell me that the prices have changed and the only way to get the deal was to sign up for the credit card. Yet the prices by the road and the price on the door says 19.99 for oil change and tire rotation. For conventional. The gentlemen said well they changed the prices. I looked at him and pointed at the sign. He well you can only get that if you get the card. So i asked how much a tire rotation would be if it needed it. He said well we will just do it (attitude and all) first time here and most certainly my last. I suggest a little more training on customer service. Or a new person at the front desk
